Credit card

A credit card is supplied with a continous credit, giving the customer the chance to spread the purchases over time. It is not directly linked to the customers debit account in the bank, but invoiced once a month. If one chooses to spread the payment of the invoice over time, the rate of interest can vary from 5 per cent per annum to 35 per cent per annum, depending on the financial institution offering the credit line.
