Resolution, notice of intended

Members of companies who represent one-twentieth of the total voting rights of those entitled to vote at the meeting, or 100 or more members holding shares on which a minimum of £100 has been paid, can claim at their own expense to have notice of an intended resolution sent to members, together with a statement of not more than 1,000 words. The requisition must be deposited at the registered office not less than six weeks before the meeting.
