(In Chinese: ‘belonging to’, or ‘subordinate to’, or ‘controlled by’.) The affiliation of a firm in China with the government at the central, provincial, and state-owned enterprises and involve administrative control, as and state-owned enterprises and involve administrative control, as well as support and subsidies from the government.
